Foreword
The operators of gunworks.de take the protection of private data very seriously. The special attention to privacy when processing personal data is important to us. Personal data is used in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).
Personal Data
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as name, address, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address. Information that is not directly associated with the real identity (such as favorite websites or number of users of a website) is not included.
In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. If you decide to register, i.e. log in as a member (registered user), you can store personal information in your individual user profile. It is up to you to decide whether you want to enter this data or not. Since it is tried to collect as little personal data as possible for the use of the offer, it is sufficient for a registration to provide a name - under which one is registered as a member and which does not have to match the real name - and the e-mail address to which the password is sent. If you wish to place an order with us, the date of birth, first name, surname, e-mail address and address are required for order processing. The data processing takes place with registered customers in accordance with art. 6 lit. b) DSGVO.
In connection with the access to our pages, server-side data (for example IP address, date, time and pages viewed) are stored. The data is stored in accordance with Art. 6 lit. f) DSGVO. There is no personal utilization. We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymous data records. We use the personal data for purposes of the technical administration of the web pages and for customer administration only to the extent necessary in each case. In addition, personal data are only stored if they are provided voluntarily. In these cases, the processing takes place via § 6 Para. 1 lit. a) and b) DSGVO.
In addition, we delete all digitally stored user data of a fiscal year by 15 March of the following year at the latest; with this measure, we proactively secure the "right to be forgotten" pursuant to Article 17 DSGVO.
Disclosure of personal data
We use personal information only for this website and the contractual relationships with our customers and suppliers. We do not pass on the information to third parties without express consent, unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Should data be passed on to service providers within the scope of order data processing, they are bound by the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), other statutory provisions and this Privacy Policy. Personal data is only collected or passed on to state institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory legal provisions.
Within the framework of order processing and to fulfil our tax obligations, your personal data will be given both to the transport/dispatch company selected by us (for delivery of the goods) and to our tax consultant.
