The THUMB – BirdCAGEsd –
is a flash hider for all weapons up to a caliber of 7,62 x 51 mm Nato resp. .308 Winchester, which allows you to mount a NATO-Standard compatible surpressor device (e.g. B&Ts ROTEX V). Our gas flow optimized multiple slotted discharge area highly effectively eliminates muzzle rise and muzzle flash while the suppressor is not attached. Our BirdCAGsd comes with a closed 6 o´clock position in order to minimize the raise of dust while shooting in prone position.
Application range:
If you would like to equip your rifle for sporting and hunting purposes with a suppressor this is the preferred device for you. The BirdCAGEsd allows you to quickly attach a ROTEX V at all firearms up to a caliber of 7,62 x 51 mm Nato resp. .308 Winchester, so it may be used on smaller calibers, too.
Specification:
- Material: high strength alloyed steel
- Surface: case hardened, vibratory grinded, grit blasted and PVD coated
- All GUNWORKS products are laser marked (manufacturer, model, muzzle threading und Lot. No.).
- All GUNWORKS muzzle devices are prepared to acommodate our FBH heat strap holder.
- All muzzle devices will be aligned by an provided crush washer ring corresponding to a 12 o´clock marking on our models. This may be performed with a 19 mm or 3/4 inch wrench.
